Our commitment

NSG Heating and Air Specialists, LLC wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we've built in

• A "skip to content" link on every page.
• Keyboard access to menus, forms, and buttons, with a visible focus outline.
• A visible label on every form field.
• Text and button colours chosen for readable contrast.
• Descriptive alternative text on informative images.
• Reduced motion for visitors who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings, and a pause button on the homepage's scrolling highlights.
• Pages that reflow for phones and for browser zoom up to 200%.

Known limitations

Some content comes from other companies — for example the embedded service-area map and financing lenders' websites — and we can't fully control how accessible it is. If something there gets in your way, contact us and we'll help directly.

On the careers application, the form may not warn you about an empty name, email, or phone field once a résumé is attached. We're working on it. If you're not sure your application went through, call us and we'll check.
