Who we are

This website is operated by NSG Heating and Air Specialists, LLC ("NSG", "we", "us"), a licensed HVAC contractor (TX Lic# TACLA58590C) located at 6321 Redeagle Creek Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76179. Questions about this policy can be sent to service@nsgair.com or by phone at (817) 993-4822.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit a service request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, phone, email, the service you need, and your message. When you apply for a job, we also collect the position you want, what you tell us about yourself, and the résumé file you upload.
• Information from your device. Cookies and tags on this site record pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a search or an ad), device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Call tracking. If a call-tracking number is shown on this site, our call-tracking provider records the number you call from, the time, and the length of the call, so we know which page or ad led to it.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule service, and perform the work you hired us for.
• To follow up about your service, warranty, maintenance plan, or job application.
• To measure which pages, searches, and ads bring customers to us, and to improve the site.
• To keep the site and its forms secure and free of spam.
• To meet legal, tax, and licensing obligations.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

This site uses the following third-party tools. Each sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 — page-view and visit statistics.
• Google Ads — measures which ads lead to calls or requests, and may show NSG ads to past visitors on other sites.
• WhatConverts — call and form tracking: it can show a tracking phone number and records which page or ad led to a call or form submission.
• Google reCAPTCHA — checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot. It is required for the forms to work.

The service-area map loads its map tiles from OpenStreetMap and its map code from unpkg.com. Those services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files.

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all or Decline optional cookies; you can change your choice any time with Cookie Settings in the footer. Declining tells the Google tools to stop storing analytics and advertising cookies on your device. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable.

Text messages

Our forms include a separate, unchecked box for text messages; leaving it unchecked does not affect your request. If you opt in, NSG Heating and Air Specialists, LLC may text you about appointments, technician arrival, estimates, and your service, or, if you applied for a job, about your application and interview scheduling. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We never sell or share your phone number or text-message opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

How we share information

• Service providers who run this website, our forms, our phone and texting systems, and our scheduling and customer-management software — only to provide those services to us.
• Financing lenders, only when you choose to apply for financing with them.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, a court order, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
• Advertising and analytics partners through the cookies and tags listed above, unless you decline them.

Your Privacy Choices

Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the Google and WhatConverts cookies and tags on this site may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). In the past 12 months we have collected these categories: identifiers (name, phone, email, IP address, cookie IDs); internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, referring page or ad); approximate geolocation; and, for job applicants, professional and employment information. The information shared through cookies is limited to identifiers, network activity, and approximate location.

Your rights. You have the right to:

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
• Get a copy of your personal information.
• Ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions such as warranty and tax records.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights — we will not charge you more or give you lesser service.

How to opt out or make a request:

• Click Decline optional on the cookie banner, or reopen it with Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat it as a valid opt-out of sharing and apply it automatically, with no further action from you.
• Email service@nsgair.com or call (817) 993-4822. We will confirm your request using information we already have, such as the phone number or email you used with us, and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of your permission.

If you live in California or in another state with a consumer privacy law, such as Texas, you can use the same methods to make a request.

Payment security

This website never asks for or stores credit-card or bank-account numbers, and it does not take payments. Financing applications are completed on the lender's own website. If anyone claiming to be NSG asks you to enter card details on a page of this site, do not do it — call us at (817) 993-4822.

Data retention

We keep service records as long as needed to honor warranties (including our 10-Year Parts & 2-Year Labor Warranty) and to meet legal, tax, and licensing requirements. Job applications are kept while a position is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Information we no longer need is deleted or de-identified.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are sent encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send highly sensitive information, such as Social Security or bank numbers, through our forms.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
